OHS Leadership has worked with the senior management of a number of organisations to coach and mentor their OHS leadership skills. Based on the principal that “It either Starts at the Top or It Doesn’t Start” the intent is to help leaders identify a range of values, behaviours, standards, systems and tools to be adopted and practiced across their organisation. Leaders are then trained, coached and mentored to consistently demonstrate these behaviours and standards.
